Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking with TBH Studios. By confirming your booking and making payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms
a. A booking is considered confirmed only upon TBH Studios receiving FULL PAYMENT for the agreed services.
2. Booking Times
a. The client’s booking time commences at the scheduled start time confirmed at the time of booking.
b. In the event of a client arriving late, the booking period will still commence at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended.
3. Set Up and Take Down Time
a. TBH Studios provides a complimentary period of 15 minutes for setting up and 15 minutes for taking down equipment and personal belongings.
b. Due to the customization options available at TBH Studios, clients are strongly recommended to schedule a site visit (recce) prior to their booking to familiarize themselves with the space and plan their setup accordingly.
4. Studio Cleanliness
a. Clients are responsible for leaving the studio space in a reasonably clean and tidy condition at the end of their booking. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges, levied at the discretion of TBH Studios, with a standard charge of ₹500.
b. This cleaning charge will only be applied if the studio is left in an unreasonably untidy state, requiring more than standard cleaning.
5. Number of Attendees
a. The standard booking rates at TBH Studios are inclusive of a maximum of seven (7) attendees.
b. The total number of attendees must be communicated and agreed upon with TBH Studios at the time of booking.
c. TBH Studios reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the booking without refund if the number of attendees exceeds the agreed-upon or the maximum capacity of the studio space. The maximum capacity for each area will be communicated to the client prior to booking confirmation.
6. Extension of Booking Time
a. Extensions to the booked time are chargeable at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated at the time of the extension request.
b. Any extension is strictly subject to the availability of the studio space and TBH Studios personnel. We cannot guarantee extensions.
7. Use of Equipment
a. Any additional equipment or accessories (lighting, sound, etc.) hired from TBH Studios must be returned promptly at the end of the booking period in the same condition it was received.
b. Clients are liable for any repair or replacement costs for damaged or missing equipment.
c. Clients are strictly prohibited from removing, modifying, or altering any equipment or accessories belonging to TBH Studios without prior written consent.
d. Any unauthorized modification, alteration, tampering, or misuse of equipment, or use by untrained personnel, will be considered a breach of these terms, potentially leading to the forfeiture of any security deposit and immediate termination of the booking.
e. All equipment, props, or add-ons required must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking to ensure availability and inclusion in the booking charges. TBH Studios cannot guarantee the availability of unconfirmed items.
f. Clients are responsible for inspecting all provided equipment upon receipt and must notify TBH Studios immediately of any existing damage or unacceptable condition. Failure to do so will make the client liable for any subsequent damage discovered.
8. Breakages, Losses, and Damages
a. The client is responsible for any breakages, losses, or damages to the studio premises, equipment, or any other property of TBH Studios caused by the client or any member of their party during the booking period.
b. All equipment used by the client is at their own risk. TBH Studios shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or consequential loss (including loss of profit) arising from damage to or loss of the client’s or third-party property, or any breakdown or failure of the studio facilities or equipment.
c. No alterations or additions to the studio premises or equipment are permitted without the prior written consent of TBH Studios.
9. Booking Changes and Cancellations
a. No Cancellation & No Refund Policy: Please note that all bookings are final and non-refundable.
b. Rescheduling: Subject to availability, bookings may be rescheduled to a future date. Any rescheduling request must be made with sufficient notice (to be specified by TBH Studios at the time of request). Rescheduling may be subject to an administrative fee.
c. Availability: All rescheduling is subject to the availability of the studio and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
10. Termination
a. TBH Studios reserves the right to terminate any booking or hire contract immediately if the client is found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
11. Noise Levels
a. Speakers are provided for use within the studio premises. Music and sound levels must be kept at a moderate and reasonable volume, at the discretion of TBH Studios.
b. Clients must be mindful of noise levels outside the studio premises and ensure they do not disturb neighboring residents or occupants.
c. Music must be turned off by 10:00 PM, and noise levels should be minimized after this time to avoid causing any disturbance.
12. Littering and Waste Disposal
a. Clients are strictly prohibited from littering inside or outside the studio premises.
b. All waste must be disposed of in the provided internal bins or designated external garbage and recycling bins. Additional bin bags will be provided as needed.
c. The client is responsible for ensuring all waste is properly disposed of and that all spaces are left clean and free of litter. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges.
d. Clients are strictly advised not to bring any food or beverages into the studio space.
13. Variations
a. These Terms and Conditions are valid at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any significant variations prior to their booking.
14. Applicable Law
a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
b. The parties hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Bengaluru District, State of Karnataka, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.
15. Use of Consumables and Additional Items
a. Any consumable items provided by TBH Studios (e.g., paper backdrops, tapes, gels) are subject to additional charges, which will be communicated at the time of booking or upon request.
b. Clients may use their own consumables and additional items within the studio, provided that such use does not cause any damage to the studio premises, its equipment, or any other property of TBH Studios.
c. TBH Studios reserves the right to inspect and approve the use of any external consumables or items brought into the studio by the client.d. The client is solely responsible for any damage caused by the use of their own consumables or additional items and will be liable for any repair or replacement costs incurred by TBH Studios as a result.
